These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of VTO Virtual Try-On ("the App", "we", "us"), a Shopify app provided by Techdome Solutions Private Limited, F948+W7, Techdome, 3rd floor, 91springboard, Kondapur, Laxmi Cyber City, Whitefields, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084, India, that lets shoppers upload a photo to preview products on themselves. By installing the App (as a merchant) or using the try-on widget (as a shopper), you agree to these Terms.
The App generates an AI-composed preview image by combining a shopper-submitted photo with a product image via Google's Gemini API. The result is a generated approximation for preview purposes only — it is not a guarantee of exact fit, sizing, color, or appearance of the actual product.
By uploading a photo to the try-on widget, the shopper represents that:
We do not run a dedicated human review of uploaded photos before they are processed, though the underlying AI model applies its own safety filtering and is instructed to refuse clearly inappropriate submissions. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the App for any merchant or usage pattern reasonably believed to violate this section. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded photos and generated results are not stored beyond the single request used to generate them.
You (merchant or shopper) agree not to use the App to:
Generated try-on images are produced by a third-party AI model and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. The App and its generated images are provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.
Merchants retain all rights to their own product images and store content. We claim no ownership over shopper-submitted photos or the resulting generated images; as noted above, we do not retain copies of either beyond the single request.
Merchants may uninstall the App at any time from their Shopify admin, which immediately stops new try-on requests from that store. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or Shopify's own policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including damages related to shopper-submitted content, generated image accuracy, or third-party service (Shopify, Google) availability.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from content you submit through the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
